This man ruined my confidence. I had my first nasal operation on the NHS to resolve a sinusitis issue. This was resolved . However, th e NHS surgeon decided to ‘rectify’ a kink in my nasal passage during the operation that I wasn’t aware I had! Following that I had a collapsed nostril… and I struggled to breathe.. 2 further NHS operations didn’t improve it. Das Gupra was then brought in to fix the issue … 2 operations later still no improvement! I asked to speak to him on the day of the surgery and his bedside manner left me in tears. Long story cut short… I have a titanium plate in my nose, ear cartilage, rib cartilage… and is it any wonder I still can’t breathe with all that gubbins up there! The last operation I wasn’t even invited back for a post surgery review! I would not recommend.

I had an otoplasty procedure done by Mr Gupta. Although the positioning of my ears are good, I am now left with both ears looking unnatural. This was due to destruction of the cartilage through scoring, which is unfortunately irreversible. I have a bumpy and sharp result which I am truly disappointed with. He was very rude and dismissive when discussing how I felt about my results. I would advise going to a different surgeon which does not use the scoring method, to reduce the risk of having a similar outcome.
